Over the next two hours I’m going to play for you as many new 2017 hard rock, heavy metal, and hair band releases as I can possibly cram into the show. I’ll be playing a bunch of songs in their entirety, and also, by playing for you short snippets of other songs, I’ll be able to drawn your attention to WAY more new music that came out this past year that you might have missed. In between all the new music, I’ll be playing for you some of the biggest hits in the world from 30 years ago in the golden age of hair bands.
In addition to all the NEW music released in the past year, 2017 also marked the 30th anniversary of several crucial records that debuted in 1987. A few of those were rereleased this year as special anniversary editions with remastered audio and often bonus tracks.
